Terms of Sale.

Last updated: October 6, 2026

Parties

These Terms govern sales made by Precision Gems and Minerals ("we", "us") — operating from Peshawar, Pakistan; Bangkok, Thailand; and Toronto, Canada — to the buyer ("you"). By placing an order you accept these Terms.

Prices and currency

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are exclusive of import duties, customs, and any applicable taxes or fees in the destination country.

Orders and acceptance

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. Acceptance occurs when we send an order confirmation (for wire-transfer payments, after we have confirmed the invoice; for cash-on-delivery, after our desk has confirmed logistics). We reserve the right to decline any order, including orders that fail KYC review for high-value purchases.

Title and risk

Title to a piece transfers to you upon the later of (a) cleared payment in our account, or (b) signed delivery. Risk transfers upon signed delivery. For COD orders, title transfers upon cash receipt by our authorised courier.

Uniqueness and reservations

Pieces marked as one-of-a-kind are unique. Adding such a piece to your cart reserves it for 30 minutes (or longer, at our discretion, for wire-transfer orders in progress). If payment is not received within the reservation window, the piece is released.

Duties, customs, taxes

The buyer is responsible for all import duties, customs, and taxes levied by the destination country. We do not under-declare; every parcel is declared at its actual commercial value. Refusal to pay import duties does not constitute grounds for refund.

Returns, refunds, and disputes

Returns are governed by our Returns policy. Disputes are governed by the law of Thailand, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Bangkok.

Limits of liability

Our maximum liability on any order is the price paid for that order. We are not liable for consequential loss, lost opportunity, or any costs incurred by the buyer beyond the order value.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via The Letter and on this page. The date of the last revision appears at the top of this page.
