Fully insured, signed for, documented

Every order ships via FedEx International Priority or DHL Premium, fully insured for the declared value of the piece. Signature-on-delivery is required on every parcel. Parcels are discreetly packaged — no exterior branding that suggests what is inside.

High-value orders ($10,000+)

For orders above $10,000, we arrange a bespoke courier route. This typically involves hand-off at each transit point with a custodian signature, and in certain corridors, physical escort. Lead time is 1–2 extra business days. Please contact our desk before checkout if you need a specific delivery window.

Wire transfer orders

Orders placed with wire-transfer payment ship only after cleared funds appear in our account. From order placement to funds-cleared typically takes 1–3 business days for international wires. We then prepare the piece for dispatch within 1–2 additional business days.

Cash-on-delivery orders

Cash-on-delivery is available worldwide but is not supported by standard courier services on high-value gemstone shipments. For COD orders, our team will contact you after placement to arrange a bespoke logistics plan. For domestic shipments from our Peshawar, Bangkok, or Toronto offices, COD is commonly straightforward; for international COD, arrangements are case-by-case.

• Pakistan / Thailand / Canada (domestic from respective office): 1–3 business days
• Global major cities: 3–5 business days after dispatch
• Remote destinations: 5–10 business days

Duties, customs, and taxes

Prices are exclusive of any import duties, customs, and value-added tax. These are the buyer's responsibility and are typically billed on arrival by the courier. We can provide an estimate on request. We declare every parcel at its actual commercial value — we do not under-declare.

Restricted destinations

We do not ship to jurisdictions subject to international sanctions, nor to countries where the import of loose colored stones requires permits we cannot reasonably obtain. If you are uncertain whether your location is serviceable, please contact our desk before checkout.
