Every stone we list undergoes an in-house gemological examination. Where an independent laboratory report (GIA, IGI, AIGS, GRS, SSEF, Gübelin) exists, the report is attached and its reference number appears on the product page. Where a stone is uncertified, we state so plainly and disclose our own findings.

We disclose all known treatments on every product page — no exceptions. Heat treatment, fracture filling, beryllium diffusion, and oiling are each noted where applicable. If a stone is unheated and untreated, we say so and provide supporting documentation where available. We do not sell synthetic or lab-grown material as natural.

Where an independent laboratory report exists (GIA, GRS, Gübelin, SSEF, AIGS), it is attached to the listing and shipped with the stone. For pieces without third-party certification, we provide our own detailed examination report including origin assessment, treatment disclosure, and gemological readings. We never invent credentials we do not hold.

Loose faceted stones tolerate gentle warm-water cleaning with a soft brush. Emeralds and opals require particular care — avoid ultrasonic and steam cleaning. Natural-crystal specimens should be kept out of direct sunlight and away from humidity fluctuations; handle by the matrix, not the termination. Each shipment includes care notes specific to the piece.

We accept wire transfer (bank details provided at checkout), major credit and debit cards, and — for clients in Pakistan — cash-on-delivery for orders below the manual-review threshold. For very high-value pieces, wire transfer is preferred. Payment plans may be available for established clients; contact our desk to discuss.

Pieces may be returned within 7 days of receipt, in their original packaging and accompanied by all documentation. Certified stones may be independently re-verified during the return window. Please contact our desk before returning so we can arrange insured return shipping. Stones showing signs of alteration or damage after delivery are not eligible for return.

All orders ship fully insured via FedEx or DHL Premium, with signature-on-delivery required. Packaging is discreet and includes a chain-of-custody form. For orders over $10,000 we arrange a bespoke courier route with a custodian hand-off at each transit point. Estimated transit times are 2–5 business days for most destinations.

Prices are exclusive of any import duties, customs fees, and value-added tax. The buyer is responsible for these charges on arrival. We can advise on expected costs for most destinations — please contact our desk before placing an order if you need a landed-cost estimate.

Yes. If you are looking for a specific stone — a particular origin, weight range, colour grade, or species — we accept sourcing commissions from qualified buyers. Contact our desk with your specification. We will advise on feasibility, typical timelines (usually 4–12 weeks), and whether existing inventory in our Peshawar or Bangkok offices may already meet your brief.

Yes. Verified trade clients receive pricing on request for loose stones and selected specimens. To enquire, please contact our desk with your credentials (business registration, tax ID, or trade body membership). Trade accounts are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
