Seven days, no questions asked

A piece may be returned within 7 days of receipt for any reason, provided it arrives back to us in its original packaging, with all documentation (certificates, appraisals, provenance records) accompanying it.

Independent re-verification encouraged

During the return window, we encourage — and expect — buyers to have the stone independently re-verified by a gemological lab of their choosing (GIA, IGI, AIGS, SSEF, Gübelin, or equivalent). We provide all documentation required for this, and we cover the cost of one independent lab fee per piece, up to $300.

How to return

Contact our desk before shipping a piece back. We will arrange insured return shipping at our expense and send you a pre-paid label with a designated custodian route. Do not send a piece back via standard post or without notifying us first — the insurance will not be valid.

Refunds

Once the piece is returned, re-examined by our gemologist, and confirmed to match the original condition, we issue a full refund within 5 business days. Refunds are made via the original payment path (wire → wire, gift card → balance restored, etc.).

Non-returnable pieces

Pieces that have been set, engraved, resized, or otherwise altered after delivery are not returnable. Custom-cut pieces commissioned specifically for a buyer (as opposed to the standing catalog) are final sale; this is noted clearly on the product page before purchase.
