What we collect
When you purchase, enquire, or subscribe, we collect the information you provide: name, email, phone (optional), shipping address, country. For logged-in customers we also store order history, wishlist items, and saved addresses.
We do not knowingly collect any sensitive personal data (health, religion, ethnicity, financial information beyond what's required to process your purchase) and we do not track you across other websites.
How we use it
- Fulfilling your order — shipping, invoicing, customer service.
- Responding to enquiries you submit via forms.
- Sending The Letter (monthly newsletter) — only if you explicitly opt in.
- Security and fraud prevention.
- Complying with tax, customs, and anti-money-laundering regulations in jurisdictions where we operate.
What we do not do
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertising networks. We do not use it to train third-party profiling systems. Your address and purchase history are visible only to authorised members of our team who need it to fulfil your order.
Your rights
You can, at any time:
- Request a copy of every piece of data we hold about you.
- Request correction of anything that is wrong.
- Request deletion — with the caveat that we retain financial records for the period required by tax law in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Unsubscribe from The Letter with a single click from any email we send.
To exercise any of these rights, contact our desk at the contact page.
Cookies
We use only essential cookies — for your session, your cart, and cross-site request forgery protection. We do not use analytics cookies, advertising cookies, or any third-party tracking.
Data location
Data is stored on servers located in Singapore, with encrypted backups in Ireland. We do not transfer your personal data outside of these regions.
